1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rocky Journeys' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

• Bookings must be made in advance
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• All passengers must provide valid identification
• Special requirements must be communicated at booking

3. Payment Terms

Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Currency conversion rates may apply for international payments
• Additional charges may apply for special services

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by package and booking date. Standard cancellation terms are as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• 30-59 days before departure: 75% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Requirements

All passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements:

• Valid passport for international travel
• Required visas and travel documents
• Health and vaccination requirements
• Travel insurance (recommended)
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Rocky Journeys' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury or illness
• Additional expenses incurred due to delays or cancellations

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or restrictions
• Labor disputes
• Technical failures
• Pandemics or health emergencies

8. Conduct and Behavior

All passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove passengers who:

• Disrupt the journey for other passengers
• Engage in illegal activities
• Fail to comply with safety instructions
• Behave inappropriately or dangerously

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our materials are owned by Rocky Journeys or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Create derivative works from our materials
• Distribute our content to third parties

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
